via email. You should also
receive the Voice In Color
account activation
information between 2 to 6
hours via email. Accounts usually take 2
to 6 hours to activate. Before
your domain is fully propagated
(24 to 36 hours),
you will still be able to access
your website and control panel
through our server IP address.
This information will be
supplied through the activation
email.
What about
Domain registration?
When
you sign up for our hosting
accounts, you are given the
option to register a new domain,
or use an existing domain.
Domains are registered through a
third party, this feature is
available for the hassle free
convenience to our hosting customers
only. If
you register a domain through
Voice In Color, the domain
belongs to YOU. The DNS address
will be automatically pointed to
our server so you won't have to
do it. After your domain
fully propagates (24 to 36
hours), your account/website
should be accessible through
your domain address. We do not
give refunds on domains, (99.9%
domain registrars do not offer
this feature). If you
choose to cancel your account
for what ever reason, the
registered domain still belongs
to you for the registration
period. (If you do cancel your
hosting account, you will be responsible
to renew or cancel the domain/s
after their expiration period).
If you don't wish to register
domains with us, and you already have existing domains
you want to use with your
account,
you may update the DNS address
with the address below in order
to host with our company. If you
need help doing this, please
contact our

Do you offer unlimited
hosting?
At the present time we do not
offer "unlimited" hosting,
because no machine is unlimited.
Other large hosting companies
might advertise "unlimited"
hosting on a shared server
(shared hosting). This practice
is usually considered
overselling plans with the same
space and resources to hundreds of
customers which would in turn
host thousands of individual
sites on one "shared" server
machine.
This practice can also be risky
and it enables possible
downtimes for your website.

and what you paid for with just
the portion of the fee.

Yes! We encourage our

pop3 or webmail options. To
access your webmail email

You can set up your outlook or
pop3 account with instructions

the email accounts in your cpanel, the default amount
storage may be set to 250 MB.
